Hi! I'm Bernice, a designer who sits on the intersection of computer science and art, discovering solutions and creating novel experiences to broaden human connections and inspire new ideas.

Bernice Sun

As a first gen Asian-American, I've always been curious about the impact of culture on people's perspectives. This has led me to dive deep into learning about the impact of diversity in digital spaces, which drives my design approach. I seek to understand people and support their individual needs through my creations, forging connections across culture and social experiences.

When I'm not designing, you'll find me learning a new dance in a studio, cooking something up in the kitchen, or sketching fashion designs from the runway.

My Values.

i.

Stay curious and open-minded.

Being curious drives innovation. By keeping an open mind to new perspectives and staying inquisitive, I can uncover better solutions that can serve people's needs.

ii.

Never too old to learn.

Technology is constantly changing and advancing. There's always space to grow and new knowledge to gain, allowing me to design for the present and the future.

iii.

Foster joy and dedication.

I truly love diving deep into problems and pushing out of the box to find solutions. With a dedicated and passionate mindset, I share my joy for purposeful design with my teammates and the people (+ world) I create for.
